everytime I make a post i come up with this messege

I found some things, but no solution... sorry

The "Gelegenheitssurfer" means, that you here and there / sometimes ...
But this rank based on the posts you wrote.
Maybe i should create some international rankings

Please do something about this?!?!?!
I dont have this problem anywhere else......I cant understand this, and its not something im doing wrong??
