Gearbox and rear diff oil capacities and grades.

Hello.
Could any one tell me the oil capacity and grade for the gearbox oil and also the rear diff oil?
Two local Renault dealers quoted over £300 to change the coolant, brake fluid, gearbox oil and rear diff oil.
I know these aren't difficult jobs to do so I'll do them myself.
