(once again: sorry for not writing German / however I can read German!).

Tops and flops of TUVreport 2012 is just released and once again it is depressing reading for Renault.

I just wonder why it turns out like this every year - and actually what Renault could do to strengthen their reputation. Doing more on the inspections / even without telling the customers? (the Toyota way..). Giving a free service right before the TUV inspection? It would cost a lot, but on the other hand one can ask how many years in a row with bad results Renault or the customers can accept.

TUVreport is actually the most important reliability check on the market, reaching newspapers worldwide.

I think Renault would benefit a lot on doing whatever is necessary to get better results in this report in the future.

I also ask when we can expect to see the results from Renaults Quality Excellence-programme? It should actually start with Laguna 3 - or am I wrong?

[Ironiemodus an]Na ja. Viel merkwürdiger finde ich, dass bei den Mängelriesen solche deutschen "Premiummarken" wie BMW, Mercedes aber auch VW auftauchen. Wie kann denn sowas sein? [/ironiemodus aus].
Meine Schwester hat ihren 5 (in Worten fünf) Jahre alten BMW hergegeben, weil die angepeilte TÜV-Abnahme rattenteuer geworden wäre.

Auffällig ist aber schon, dass die Mängelzwerge mit Ausnahme des A8 generell recht wenig gelaufen hatten.
Sollte da etwa ein Zusammenhang bestehen?
Fahrzeuge die das doppelte bsi dreifache gelaufen haben können doch leicht auch mehr Mngel haben.

Ab einem gewissen Alter (11Jahre) tauchen pötzlich Fahrzeuge (Sharan/Alhmambra)als Mängelriesen auf die vorher nie auffällig waren. Und andere (Espace), die vorher Mängelriesen waren tauchen nicht mehr auf.

Und nicht nachvollziehbar ist, dass über ale Jahrgänge hinaus, die Beleuchtung immer Spitzenreiter bei den Mängeln ist. Wo doch hier die Fehler wirklich leicht und billig festzustellen bzw. zu beheben sind.
