Hi folks,I wonder what tyres to buy What do you think about BF Goodrich All-Tarain T/A?
Or Pirelli Scorpion ST?
I drive mostly on the road:)
I want to buy all season tyres...what advice can you give me?:)
P.S. What about Goodyear Wrangler HP Allweather?

I have Michelin Latitude is for 90 on the road - 10 off road
They are very quiet and economical in gasoline.
i used the car mostly on road with many turns

Hmmm,for now I am orientate to Goodyear Wrangler HP (about 130 euro for tyre) or Pirelli Scorpion ST like alternative choise:)

I can't compare, since I had Scorpion ST (used) on my RX4(used) when I bought it 25.000 km's ago.

But I think they are o.k. even with hot summer temperatures.
We had some heavy snow the year I bought the car and I had no problems crawling through it.
To be honest.... it was fun :supz:

I need to buy two new for the front and think of buying them again or maybe the Scorpion STR (I think they are new and mostly for the road).

I think the Scorpion ST is very quiet for a allweather tire.

In June I fitted Goodyear Wrangler HPs as the local Tyre Fitters only had 2 Scorpions.

I am pleased with the results and the drive is relatively quiet and they 'look the part'!!

I know they won't grip the road like a Formula 1 car but on a couple of occasions I have been pleased to have 4 wheel drive on country lanes through fallen leaves. The tyres seem to drift a little, but maybe it adds to the fun, and also a reflection on how I drive when the kids are not in the car (or wife!!).

I suppose a reflection on whether the tyres are any good is if I would buy them again, and the answer is yes!

Hello I've got a question.
On the Spanish rx4 site a read that some people place 215/70 R16 tires under their car.
Does some one have experience with these size ?
I'dont mean the Tacho I live in the Netherlands so thats no problem
but will it fit under the car ?
