Hi all. Has anyone had water leaking through the holes where the tail gate door handle mounts to the rear door? I've taken the handle off, put silicon instant gasket around the origanal seal put it all back together and it is still leaking, all be it not as bad. My next port of call is to order a sheet of neoprene and make a new gasket............but I would have put money on the silicon instant gasket doing the trick. Anybody any ideas?
I have managed to get a sheet of neoprene off the world famous auction site for a few pounds, I've spent today making a new gasket and this appears to have cured the leak, (Fingers crossed)
I spent a good while with the hosepipe on it and it seems to have worked...............or have I spoken too soon?
